PRA will invite all conference delegates to attend the dinner and reception so they
provide an ideal opportunity to promote your company.
Conference Dinner Sponsorship
- Name and logo printed on the Programme (approximately 10,000 copies distributed)
and on the conference website with link to company.
- Name and logo printed on the bound version of the conference proceedings.
- Name and logo on the first page of the CD-ROM version of the proceedings, with
link to company, - distributed to all delegates.
- Name and logo on the cover of the Conference information booklet included
in the delegate pack.
- Pre-dinner welcome speech from the sponsor - a maximum of 5 minutes
- Poster and table top display in the area where tea and coffee are served.
- Poster display in the room where dinner is served.
- Free registration for one non-speaker delegate
Conference dinner sponsorship: £ 2,000 plus Dinner Costs
Conference Drinks Reception Sponsorship
- Name and logo printed on the Programme (approximately 10,000 copies distributed)
and on the conference website, with link to company
- Display sign at the reception acknowledging sponsorship
- Table top exhibition space in the drinks reception area for the duration of the
drinks reception.
- Free Registration for one non-speaker delegate.
Conference Drinks Reception Sponsorship: £1,000 plus Reception costs.
Combined Conference Dinner & Drinks Reception Sponsorship
- Name and logo printed on the Programme (approximately 10,000 copies distributed)
and on the conference website with link to company.
- Name and logo printed on the bound version of the conference proceedings.
- Name and logo on the first page of the CD-ROM version of the proceedings,
with link to company, - distributed to all delegates.

Wallet Service
This service is available to companies who would like to include either a flyer or
their brochure in the delegate pack (up to a maximum of 8 A4 sides).
Your pen and notepad may also be included. Items will either be included in the pack or
placed on the seats at the conference.
