Information for Speakers

  • Papers should be of a high scientific or technical standard.
  • Congress delegates expect technical/scientific presentations, rather than sales or commercial presentations. The use of trade names is not permitted.
  • Papers should contain material which is new in the public domain, and has not been previously published or presented elsewhere.
  • The conference will be held in English, so abstracts and papers must be written and presented in English.
  • The oral presentation will be approximately 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
  • The early registration fee* for speakers is €355 (academic speakers €235). The standard fee for speakers is €395 (academic speakers €265). Congress fees include all congress material and the congress dinner.
    * Early registration fees apply to payments received by 7 September 2012.
