PRA's 7th International Woodcoatings Congress will facilitate innovation in the formulation of woodcoatings by bringing together the participants in the supply chain for an in-depth exchange of knowledge and ideas. The Congress is an opportunity for several of the institutions devoted to research in the Forest Products sector to communicate the outcomes of important industry driven projects.

As in previous years, the Congress embraces all new technical developments in coatings and treatments for interior and exterior wood applications. The main theme of the Congress is “Reducing the Environmental Footprint”, reflecting the industry-wide interest in corporate responsibility towards the environment.

There is no substitute for being exposed to stimulating ideas and new information, and following up in person with potential partners sharing the same interests.

Who should attend

Attendance at the congress is important for technical, marketing, production and general management staff who are involved in the protection of wood. Raw material and equipment suppliers, paint formulators, end-users and other interested parties are all potential beneficiaries of this unique, intensive two-day collaboration with like-minded experts.
