Important note on Anti-Spam Filters (Email Content Filters):

Some subscribers have failed to receive recent issues because of over-zealous company email content filters ("anti-spam filters"). Terms in recent issues which have triggered these filters include health, drug, latex and even the words unsubscribe, free and news, which are hard to avoid in a free email newsletter! If you wish to receive the plain text version, please ask your IT department to tell you which words are being blocked, or to allow through all mail with a 'From:' address ending either @pra.org.uk OR @pra-world.com. If your anti-spam filter is blocking the full text version, you could try subscribing to the "notification-with-web-link" version instead.
