We have the expertise available to resolve coatings application and performance problems using a systematic 8D problem solving methodology, to arrive at verified root causes, before implementing corrective actions that will prevent re-occurrence.
Dispute resolution
Naturally we always aim to work objectively with the client, and their supplier or customer, to avoid costly litigation, but in those cases where it is not possible to resolve matters out of court, then we have the capability to provide expert witness testimony on all coatings related matters.
