Services
PRA provides a service specializing in all aspects of microbiology relating to the coatings industry and beyond, and is able to carry out a wide range of standard and in-house test methodology. These include:
- Contract research and development including formulation studies
- Troubleshooting investigations
- Comparative evaluation of biocides
- Evaluation of materials for fungal, bacterial and algal resistance
- Investigation of microbial contamination
- Microbial assessment of hygienic coatings

Test Methods
We carry out a range of test methods applicable to liquid coatings, dry films and hygienic coatings. In addition we also test any type of surface including plastics, adhesives, boards, electrical and electronic equipment etc.
