Training Course Registration & Payment

If you wish to register more than one delegate, please complete and submit a separate form for each delegate.

Note: Your registration will be acknowledged within 2 working days. Joining instructions will be sent out approximately one month before the start of the course providing payment has been received. Cancellations will be accepted and fees refunded (less 20% handling charge) if made in writing and received 20 working days before the first day of the course. Bookings cannot be cancelled or fees refunded thereafter. Substitutions can be made at any time.

To register and pay by credit card:

Complete the online registration form, then click "Proceed to credit card payment". Please quote your purchase order number if your accounts department requires one. Your credit card details will be collected safely using the NetBanx secure server. We regret that payment by credit card is not possible for some countries. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

To register and pay by bank transfer:

Complete and submit the online registration form, selecting "bank transfer" as your payment option. Please quote your purchase order number if your accounts department requires one. Then fax your documents confirming the bank transfer as soon as possible to us at +44 20 8487 0801 [020 8487 0801 from within the UK]. Please quote company name, training course title and name of the delegate in any communications.

Complete and submit the online registration form, selecting "cheque" as your payment option. Please quote your purchase order number if your accounts department requires one. Then send your cheque as soon as possible (quoting company name, training course title and name of the delegate) to:

To register and pay by invoice:

Complete and submit the online registration form, selecting "invoice me" as your payment option. Please quote your purchase order number if your accounts department requires one. An invoice will be sent to you shortly in the post. Payment must be received in full within 30 days of the invoice date and before the commencement of the course.
